SLEEPING
Villa Estevez features five large bedrooms, each designed with comfort and style in mind. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and three upstairs, all with their own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and generous built-in storage. The master suites have super king-size beds, with one offering a writing table and the other opening onto a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The remaining bedrooms include twin beds that can be joined to form doubles, one of which also has a spacious balcony with outdoor seating.

Guests can unwind in the bright open-plan living area at Villa Estevez, which combines a lounge, dining space and kitchen. The Snug is a dedicated entertainment hub with a 50-inch UHD 4K TV, UK streaming channels, Blu-ray player, board games, puzzles, books, and a pool/snooker table that converts into an air-hockey table. Outside, the rear garden is a true oasis, centred around the 15-metre heated salt-water pool, with a Bali-bed and hammock areas set among exotic tropical plants and framed by mountain views.

The kitchen at Villa Estevez is fully equipped with modern appliances including a large oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and Nespresso machine. A solid wood dining table seats 10 comfortably, while the adjoining utility room adds further convenience with a washing machine, tumble dryer and American-style fridge freezer. Outside, the dining terrace accessed from the kitchen and living area offers a table, BBQ and outdoor kitchen corner, ideal for relaxed alfresco meals.
For eating out, Pollensa town offers a wide choice of restaurants and cafés serving both local and international cuisine, while nearby Port de Pollenca is home to numerous beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood and classic Mediterranean dishes.
