SETTING
Set on the most easterly corner of the island in the Cala Provençal region, this impressive villa is within easy reach of some of Mallorca’s finest beaches. As well as Font de la Cala beach within walking distance, you’re just a short drive from the gorgeous golden sands of Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida. The lively resort of Cala Ratjada is also within easy reach while golfers will find two world-class courses a short drive away too.
SLEEPING
The villa has four sun-filled bedrooms, each decorated in a bright modern style and affording superb views out over the neighbouring water. Each has its own ensuite bathroom, one featuring a soaking tub and the others with walk-in showers. The master bedroom also has an adjoining dressing room. Top-quality Vispring mattresses aid a restful night’s sleep, plus all bed linen and towels are made of hypoallergenic fabrics. Underfloor heating also keeps things toasty year-round.
RELAXING
The villa’s cascading architecture makes for numerous sunny and shaded terraces where you can unwind while gazing over the water. At the bottom level is a shimmering freeform swimming pool with an infinity edge overlooking the sea. The pool can be heated and lights up at night with multicoloured LEDs. On the surrounding grass, cushioned sunbeds offer comfy post-swim lounging, plus there’s a sun-dappled summer lounge, poolside shower and a pool house complete with kitchenette.
EATING
Included in the villa is a full breakfast each morning, as well as lunch or dinner together with a selection of local wines to be enjoyed during your stay. Of course, there’s a fully-equipped kitchen too if you want to cook or prepare some tapas yourself, together with an outdoor barbecue. For eating out, you’ll find a wide variety of dining options in the nearby resort of Cala Radjada, while the island’s only two-Michelin-star restaurant VORO a short drive away in Canyamel.
