Perched 80 metres up on a clifftop looking out over sparkling Mediterranean water, you could hardly hope for a more spectacular sea-view setting. The neighbourhood is one of the island’s most exclusive too, located on the La Mola peninsular on Mallorca’s westerly corner with views over the sweeping bay of Cala Lamp. The buzzy town of Port d’Andratx, with its collection of waterside bars and restaurants, is just minutes away by car, while you’re half an hour from the capital Palma.

The villa’s four elegantly styled bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests in supremely comfortable king or queen-size beds. All are filled with light from floor-to-ceiling windows, which also afford stunning views over the shimmering sea. Most can count on ensuite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, one has a deep freestanding tub where you can soak. Each room also has access to a terrace where you can relax while gazing out to the horizon.

With 350 square metres of terrace space, you’ll always have plenty of room to relax and soak up the Mallorcan sun. The main terrace area has two canopied outside lounges with big couches, plus a stunning centrepiece two-metre-deep swimming pool with infinity-edge views, semi-submerged loungers, and the option of heated water. Cutting-edge tech throughout includes top-of-the-range sound system, iPad-controlled smart home system and dedicated cinema and gaming rooms with 75-inch screen with PlayStation 5 and Apple TV.
EATING
Whether cooking for yourself or by a private chef, there’s a spacious contemporary kitchen equipped with top-of-the-range Miele appliances. You can also enjoy outside cooking and dining in a big barbecue area with a professional Bull grill and summer kitchen, plus a big dining table for alfresco meals. When you fancy eating out, you have an excellent range of restaurants in the nearby port, together with the always popular Beach Club Gran Folies in neighbouring Cala Lamp.
