The beautifully landscaped estate features over 150 mature olive trees, expansive lawns, ornamental ponds, fountains, and a variety of peaceful seating areas where guests can relax and soak up the beauty of the surroundings. Despite its secluded rural setting, the property is wonderfully central, with the historic towns of Llubí and nearby Sineu just a short drive away. The famous weekly market in Sineu, authentic Mallorcan restaurants, and the island’s beautiful northern beaches are all within easy reach, while Palma Airport is approximately 45 minutes away.

SLEEPING

The Sanctuary- Llubi offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, while the remaining three occupy the upper floor, two of which enjoy direct access to a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. The principal bedroom benefits from its own ensuite bathroom, while two additional stylish bathrooms serve the remaining bedrooms.

Recently renovated, each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed in calming natural tones with elegant furnishings that blend contemporary comfort with authentic Mallorcan charm. The expansive gardens provide countless peaceful corners to unwind, while the estate’s ornamental pond, fountains, and resident donkeys, Pelut and Cambuix, add to the property’s unique charm.
