There are few places on Mallorca as iconic as Cala Deià, and Deia Beach House enjoys a truly front-row position. Set into the cliffs overlooking the picturesque little bay, it boasts breathtaking vistas along this dramatic stretch of coastline. Deia Beach House has a fascinating history too – the owner’s family built the house when there were no roads at all, with materials transported by boat and donkey.

Inside, the interiors have been thoughtfully updated, blending sea-blue and stone-grey walls with wood-effect floors and earthy island-inspired touches. The layout is cleverly split into two completely separate areas: upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms along with the living space and open kitchen, while downstairs there are a further two bedrooms. Completing the appeal of Deia Beach House are the generous sun-soaked terraces, where you can spend hours simply taking in those mesmerising sea views.
