SETTING
Finca Verana is located on the outskirts of the sleepy town of Llubí, right in the heart of Mallorca’s central plains. From Finca Verana, you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views across the expansive campo and as far as the majestic Tramuntana Sierra in the distance. Its central position means much of Mallorca’s best bits are within easy reach, including the award-winning Playa de Muro just 25 minutes away and the bright lights of Palma around 35 minutes’ drive.
SLEEPING
Finca Verana offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, each elegantly decorated with a mix of cool minimalism and Ibiza-boho touches. All rooms at Finca Verana have their own ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating and walk-in rainfall showers; the master bedroom adds a soaking tub and double sinks. Big fluffy towels and premium toiletries enhance the sense of comfort. Picture windows frame the scenic landscape and gardens, and all bedrooms open directly onto terraces with seating areas.
RELAXING
The nine-metre swimming pool at Finca Verana, lined with emerald-green Moroccan tiles, is the garden’s shimmering centrepiece. After a swim, you can relax on handmade cushioned loungers beneath Tiki-style parasols while taking in the scenery. Around Finca Verana you’ll also find beautifully styled chill-out areas furnished with low tables, floor cushions, rugs and Moroccan lanterns for a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. A hut in the woods is perfect for yoga and meditation, and the stables at Finca Verana offer the option to explore the countryside on horseback.
EATING
Cooking is a pleasure at Finca Verana thanks to the kitchen’s stunning dual-aspect views. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, an oven, a gas cooker and a wine fridge stocked with Finca Verana’s signature wine. If you’d prefer not to cook, a private chef can be arranged. Fresh fruit and vegetables are available daily from Finca Verana’s own bio-garden, and the estate produces its own olive oil and honey from onsite beehives. When dining out, Brut in nearby Llubí is a must-visit and is considered one of the most acclaimed restaurants on the island.
