SLEEPING
The house accommodates 10 guests comfortably across five double bedrooms, all ensuite. The master bedroom features an outside balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains and olive groves. It includes a high-end Nohrd rowing machine, boxing bag, treadmill, and yoga mats. The master suite also has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful, calming environment.
RELAXING
The heart of Casa Calma is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, designed for family gatherings and relaxation. Guests can cook together, play games, or watch a movie by the large log fire. Every room is equipped with a Sonos speaker system, controllable via the app, including the beautiful pool area and outside terrace. The house features underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout, as well as a state-of-the-art cinema with smart TV capabilities and fibre-optic high-speed internet.
EATING
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a spacious larder for all your storage needs. The open-plan design allows families to enjoy meals together and spend quality time in a warm, inviting space. Outside, there is a BBQ area and a covered terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. For those who wish to explore local cuisine, the nearby towns of Binisallem and Santa Maria are renowned for their excellent restaurants, offering a wide range of dining options from traditional Mallorcan dishes to international cuisine.
Additional Services
For families with young children, Casa Calma provides a cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, nappy bin, and stair gate on request. The pool can be made child-safe, and a blackout blind is available for the smaller upstairs room. An additional small cottage on the grounds is perfect for staff. Daily villa cleaning and the services of an estate manager are available upon request.
